UAB „Euroga“, being part of the Concern „Achema Group“, was established at the end of 1999. In 2000, the company became a member of the Klaipėda Industrialists Association, in 2003 – a member of Klaipėda Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Crafts, and in 2008 – a member of BIMCO.

After the reorganization carried out at the end of 2021, as of January 1, 2022, UAB „Euroga“ was merged with UAB „Transachema“, a company of Concern Achema Group. Following the reorganization, we continue our operations as UAB „Transachema“ branch „Euroga“.

To organize promptly and competently the transportation of customers’ cargo by rail, road, and sea transport, transshipment, and storage at the Port of Klaipėda, as well as to advise potential and existing customers on the most optimal and cost-effective transshipment, storage, and transportation schemes for their planned cargo.

UAB „Transachema“ branch „Euroga“ provides chartering and shipping agency services, cargo forwarding at the Port of Klaipėda, and railway transportation forwarding services:

• Offers chartering and agency services for all types of vessels, works with the Klaipėda State Seaport Authority’s port management system LUVIS;
• Calculates prices and organizes of freight transportation by rail in the Baltic region, Ukraine, the CIS, and other countries;
• Organizes cargo loading and storage at the Port of Klaipėda;
• Provides cargo forwarding and customs clearance services in the Port of Klaipėda, worksing with the Klaipėda State Seaport Authority’s cargo management system KIPIS, LTG CARGO IS eKrovinys;
• Arranges cargo origin, phytosanitary, and veterinary certificates through relevant authorities.

The majority of vessels under our charter and agency are loaded or discharged at the Port of Klaipėda, and we handle cargo transportation by rail and road within Lithuania and neighboring countries.

The largest portion of the cargo we handle consists of grains, legumes, dry and liquid fertilizers, technical salt, petroleum products, liquid chemical products, and metal products. A significant portion of the cargo we transport by rail and road arrives from Lithuania, Ukraine, Latvia and is sent by ships to ports in Europe, Africa, South and North America, and China. Most of the cargo ships we handle come from European ports, but there are also ships from other continents’ ports.
